My background as a  registered nurse, my experience, and education in therapy, provide a broad-based approach to personal growth and wellness. Joy, Peace of Mind and Successful Relationships are the rich rewards of a life well lived. Let's get to work!

I am a South Carolina native and have deep roots in the Upstate area.   I believe in lifetime learning and read, take classes, and attend workshops to stay current in my field.  I have a passion for supporting individuals and couples as they work issues, gain perspective and become the most healthy version of themselves possible.

 I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and my Masters in Counseling from Webster University.  I am a licensed professional counselor. I am trained in neurotherapy and work with Dr James Evans, a noted Psychologist and Neurotherapist.
